Dear 18A27911,
Thank you for your reply and for the additional screenshots.
Unfortunately, the information you have provided does not address the evidence I repeatedly requested. The fact that your deposit slip does not mention a bonus does not establish that there was no active bonus or bonus-related restriction on your account at the time you played. A deposit receipt generally only confirms the deposit itself; it does not provide us with your bonus history or the terms under which the subsequent gameplay was conducted.
The casino's explanation is that your winnings were subject to a maximum winnings limit applicable to play with an active bonus. In order to assess this claim, we specifically asked you to provide a screenshot of your bonus history from your casino account. This would allow us to verify whether a bonus was indeed active, what type of bonus it was, and whether the casino's explanation is consistent with the account information available to you.
Despite several requests and multiple extensions of the deadline, you have not provided this information. Instead, you have repeatedly provided screenshots of your deposit and withdrawal history, which do not resolve the key issue in dispute.
We understand that you strongly disagree with the casino's explanation and maintain that you were playing with your own funds. However, our role is to assess the complaint based on verifiable evidence rather than on either party's statement alone. We cannot disregard the casino's explanation without sufficient evidence allowing us to establish that it is incorrect.
We have given you ample opportunity to provide the requested information and have waited for your cooperation for approximately a month. Unfortunately, the evidence currently available to us is insufficient to establish that the casino incorrectly applied its maximum winnings rule or that you were not subject to the bonus conditions claimed by the casino.
We therefore have no reasonable basis on which to ask the casino to pay the remaining $4,200.
For the above reasons, and due to insufficient evidence and cooperation, we are rejecting this complaint.
Best regards,
Veronika
