I was compromised months ago I was not able to access my account I got all the support I had to send in documentation to get my account set back up on a new one well that one ended up getting compromised months later well I hadn't played for a little while I tried getting on the other day and I seen it I was compromised again so I started up a new account I got with support and they wanted me to send in verification to banking or verification to get verified so I did they verified me I told them that I had out of the accounts that needed that had to be deleted and should have been already deleted because they knew that there was compromised so he went through and said oh I see that you've got two accounts open yet you need to get them deleted and I said can you please delete them for me because they've been compromised he said yes Brian I will do that he got back on so you're good to go so I went and played I did not use a bonus because I had already used bonuses from the previous time the first time that I signed up and it could because I did not want to jeopardize my plate here I did not answer that's why I got a hold of support and all this to make sure everything was right well I started winning money $4,900 I went to withdraw it they told me that I had to be verified so with banking so I sent in verification and I got back on with the guy and I said what's going on with it he said well you didn't have to be verified because you sent it in with Bitcoin they should have sent you that money right away and I said no they made me send something in and they said well since she said something and we got to wait 3 days until banking clears you to get your money and I was like what the heck what are we doing this I've already been verified and now they just got back on it said that they ain't going to give me my money because I had three accounts open which should have been already deleted because they know that they was compromised they knew this and I sent documentation in

they knew then that the account was compromised I told them in a transcripts they have them in their transcripts I guarantee and their support I had talked to them numerous times about the accounts being compromised and I could not access them and that they should delete them and they told me that they did numerous times and then they tell me now that I wasn't verified I have plenty of others screenshots of emails from them that they knew that I was verified and then they denied me I did positive Bitcoin and it should have been with you immediately it was Bitcoin crypto I didn't have to be verified to get that paid out it should have been paid out right then and then the guy told me I asked him why what was going on with it and the guy told me that I had to get verified and I said I'd already got verified and so he said you got to send this documents to banking so I did and then the guy got to get back on with me another guy did and said he said that I was too positive with Bitcoin and I didn't and since I sent something to banking I had to wait for banking which was way wrong way wrong they should have withdrew my money right then I should have had that money right then $3,999 where's the withdrawal I had 4,600 on there are 4900 one of the two and I couldn't withdraw it all so I had to withdraw 4,000 that's why I would treat $3,999 and it should have been with Drew immediately but it wasn't they dropped the ball I was verified a long time ago as you can see they're at fault I deposited with my own money and I did not use a bonus

they knew that everything was compromised and they knew that I was verified to also I was verified a long time ago they're just trying to get out of paying me I done this very square I got a hold of them before I even played to take care of this situation because I knew that my account was compromised and they said that I had a couple accounts going so I got on and with the support numerous times to fix this problem and they told me that they had fixed it and I could go ahead and play this is ridiculous I've done nothing I've played the quite a bit at their casino and now they're trying to take a little bit that I want from me yabby casino was my favorite casino at one time for now I don't know about them they're trying to take money from me I sent plenty of verification into them early on they have to have the transcripts and their support of all the times that I got a hold of them about this situation I did nothing wrong as they can see none of them accounts abused that up by me anyway nothing was abused I did not abuse any bonuses nothing like that I had to use my own money and this is absurd

Nick understand that they could promise my accounts then I created a new one and I wanted them old ones deleted and then they told me that they had them deleted that's when I started playing because I did not want to start playing before they got to delete it because you can't play with numerous accounts so it made sure that they had them deleted before I played and then I won 4900 and I can only withdraw 3999 and that's what they told me that I had to get verified so I told him that there's some promised and I wanted to delete it and I couldn't believe them because I could not access them and the guys told me that they deleted them and they got to have it in their transcripts and I keep trying to send you the verification thing saying that I wasn't verified and it won't let me send it how can I send it to you because they're not letting me send it for some reason every time I hit it it sends you something else

there it is right there look at that then they told me that I had to get verified and I had to go to banking which I didn't have to I deposited with Bitcoin and that's what I told him I wanted to withdraw with

Okay now that you took down the wrong information to put down the wrong information that's all that's awesome thank you very much Nick you're a man not many words you don't say f****** word to me you don't say s*** it's supposed to be 3,999 I hit for 49 they were on that movie withdraw 4,000 so I hit $3,999 and now you got it out there wrong makes me lookidiot

But for real I've lost all kinds of money in that casino and I won a little bit and they want to do this to me it should have been deposited right or with you right away through Bitcoin and I shouldn't have been verified instead they told me to get verified now I'm waiting on banking and they denied me my withdrawal because of accounts that was open which I already told them that there is open and there's compromised and they do that and that's why they made me sending verification and make up new accounts this is ridiculous

Nick I have let them know that the email they want me to use is old and compromised I need them to call me so something I cannot access them in real time it is ridiculous I need u to get with them and mlet them know a different email or something I am freaking out please help me on this and it was only a 3999 withdraw so please my other email is b1020hvy@gmail.com please accessbuse this one I cannot access them
