I deposited €200 via online banking on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The money was immediately debited from my account. As of today, June 1, 2026, my deposit has not been credited. I keep getting the runaround: "Please wait, we're checking," "We'll get back to you," and so on. It's unbelievable how paying customers are treated. I've handed everything over to my lawyer. And I can NEVER recommend this disreputable casino. It's described as reputable here. I can't understand it. I still haven't received my deposit. The money is gone, it's insane.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it's a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
