X3000 Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.

Well I recently took out some income from my company and decided to play with it in a casino. I am a recent player in the x3000 casino and I wanted to try a bonus out.

I deposited 40 000 and tried to check if any bonuses were available, as I earlier saw an ad for the casino’s 100% deposit match bonus. I soon realized that I am not eligible for it because I was not a new player and I declined the bonus a long time ago when I first started playing in the casino. So I withdrew my money.

After withdrawing, I deposited a smaller amount to play with and lost. It was okay, I didn’t think much of it. After some hours I realized that my withdrawals has not arrived! I realized that something was wrong, so I contacted live chat.

They told me the withdrawals are looking fine and only need manual verification. I respected it and waited.

One day later I got an email from safety@x3000.com asking to send them my bank statement of the deposits, and I sent it only 30 minutes after their email.

This is urgent for me, they still haven’t responded to me. This money I paid myself salary from my company and was going to pay bills and my wife’s medical bill this month. I wanted to play with fraction of the money to see what I can do with it. Because of this delay, everything in my life has paused, I need them to release my money as soon as possible! Please help me and I owe you forever ❤️

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
