Wonderluck just decided to block my withdrawals all of a sudden and cancel my remaining withdrawals.

I was in the middle of receiving my money as you can only request 5900kr per time.

When talking to their support they just send me the same auto generated message that they sent it further and will get back to me on email but they never do.

They even deleted my transaction historynso i can not even see my transactions anymore.

I played regular slot machines.

No i did not use any bonus funds.

I am not required to do any verification.

They have prtially paid out my winnings also but not the full amount yet since i am only allowed to withdraw 5900kr per time.

I do not have access to my transaction history but I had successful withdrawals before.

Hi I have been having issues with the last parts of my withdrawals for about a month now.

There is no history of my game play it is very weird.

They told me that i need to verify my account but i showed them a screenshot where their own website says that i do not need to at this moment then they said they will forward the case and i can expect an email but i never received anything.

Upon review, we can confirm that, out of two withdrawals, one withdrawal in the amount of 5000.00 NOK was completed and sent from our side. It should take about 3-5 business days for the amount to show up in the payment method.


The withdrawal in the amount of 3383.00 NOK is in queue to be processed with priority by our finance department. Please be assured that your request has our full attention and we are taking all necessary steps to ensure a speedy resolution.
