The player from Malaysia requested a withdrawal two weeks ago after successfully increasing his balance to MYR 36,755.20, but it has been rejected twice—first due to "Bank Maintenance" and later without explanation. Customer service informs him that the vendor needs to verify the bets, and despite following up daily, he has not received any resolution.

29 Apr receive MYR 3713.20 weekly cash rebate (calculation based on 0.6% from turnover of previous week)


I played at WM Casino and successfully turn it to MYR 33085.20. Submitted withdrawal but rejected under the reason message: Bank Maintenance


So I continue to play and turn it to MYR 36755.20 and submit withdrawal. It was rejected without reason message. I contact customer service and they said vendor need to verify bet.


And the reason of provider verifying bet. Relevant department checking. Investigation has been repeatedly use until today. No withdrawal has been allowed. I follow up daily with customer service


I still able to login and access the platform and various provider. I didn't play anymore since the withdrawal rejected on 29 April 2026
