Hello, i have asked for a permanent self exclusion via vip email since the 7th of July but they Keep ignoring me since then. Therefore, i demand getting back every deposit i made during this period. They used to respond to every email within a day until now. Im pretty sure they ignore me intentionally so I keep depositing
