I made a lot of bets, lost, and deposited my account over and over again. When I won a bet and tried to withdraw money, they requested verification. After verification, my account was blocked. The reason: "We would like to inform you that due to a violation of the rules of use of our platform, namely clause 6.2.2 — fraudulent activities, multiaccounting, money laundering - your account has been blocked"

Before the block, I managed to take a photo of the betting history. I lost a lot of money there, and they wouldn't let me withdraw even a small winnings. I am attaching screenshots of my account details, betting history, and deposit/withdrawal history

  • Could you please advise how long you were a player at the casino and when exactly your account was blocked?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?
