Hi ,


I just played online casino at www.winningz.com and won some money that they said is void because I breached their bonus terms and conditions for bet amounts exceeding 5 euros or 5 Canadian dollars. I have their email and word document of the bets wins history saved. I need a lawyer because it's in the six digit number for winnings. I tried to withdraw $327 340 but they could not let me withdraw. They could not even give me my $180 I deposited in my casino account. This is just not right how they are operating and is just stealing money. 

I would like my withdrawal of $327 340

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the bonus T&Cs and found this:

- The maximum allowed bet while playing with any bonus is: €5, unless otherwise specified. Max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

Our position is closely explained in the Fair Gambling Codex

We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.


According to the game log you have attached, your bets were significantly in excess of the allowed maximum bet.

If there is anything I may have missed, please let me know. Otherwise, we will have to reject this complaint.

The bets are legit and i won quite a lot of bets to build it to $327 340 when I made a withdrawal , they say i can't bet more than $5 but there's no restriction on the bets for them to tell you how much you have to wager , i asked 3 times in the chat how come i can't withdraw yet they said $8100 to wager three times while i built my account more and more winning bets. they did not say anything about betting more than max bet while have to wager bonus

Thank you for your response. As previously mentioned, based on the game log you provided, your bets exceeded the allowed maximum bet limit. Therefore, the casino confiscated your winnings in compliance with their bonus terms and conditions.


We genuinely wish we could help further, as we fully understand how unfortunate this situation was. While we believe that a maximum bet limit should ideally be built into the software to prevent accidental breaches, this isn’t yet a standard across the industry, and we are not in a position to penalize casinos for this. I understand this may be disappointing, but I hope this helps clarify the situation. 

At this point, I can only recommend that you always review the Bonus T&Cs before you activate any bonus and be more careful until the wagering has been completed.
