My final attempt in trying to reach a resolution or being helped. I’ve already explained this in depth to Winna & even though they could see with proof I was correct they just wouldn’t do anything about this. Will be posting full in depth reviews on our platform if we do not hear back asap. I will not stop until this is resolved. If I have to file formal complaints and demand payment etc. I will go that route. Please let’s fix this though honestly & quickly. I promote & was going to be affiliates on my platforms with nearly 2 million people. I’ve tried to request this issue be made fair so I could give my honest review and become an affiliate.


This is the main reason I deposited and kept depositing. To get to this very level up bonus. Once I win it, no go & they won’t do a thing about it. If you aren’t going to fund me my winnings at least refund to my account from deposits made.

Basically,

1.) Level up - spin the level wheel win $1k & the site crashes & immediately logs me out, get some sort of error message if I remember correctly. Signed back in, and even after proof no funds credited to my account.

unfortunately if I’m treated unfair & in this manner I do not want to promote Winna., but hoping I am completely wrong. I want so bad to love Winna, and I do, it’s legit the best platform & all things are awesome besides this one little easy fix! Please make things right.


(also was promised a match to my vip when I originally joined and either $250 or up to $250 if you could look into that please!
