I am submitting a formal complaint regarding WinBeast Casino and their continued failure to close my account despite my repeated and explicit requests.

I first requested the closure of my account on 1 September 2026. Since then, I have contacted WinBeast multiple times and made it absolutely clear that I want my account permanently closed.

Every time I contact them, I am given the same explanation: they claim that they are experiencing technical problems and therefore cannot close my account. I find this explanation extremely difficult to believe, especially after several days and repeated requests.

A technical issue should not be used as an excuse to keep a player’s account open when the player has explicitly requested closure. If there is genuinely a technical problem, WinBeast should have an alternative procedure to immediately restrict or close the account.

As of 15 September 2026, my account is still open.

I am asking Casino Guru to investigate this situation and assist me in getting this resolved. I would also like WinBeast to explain why my account has still not been closed and why they continue to rely on the same alleged technical issue instead of providing an effective solution.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations with WinBeast showing my repeated requests and their responses.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved without further delay.

Dear As2611,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem.

First, I’d like to clarify the difference between account closure and self-exclusion:

  • Closing an account is a simple process with minimal impact—players can reopen their accounts at any time, and the casino has no ongoing obligations toward them.
  • Self-exclusion, on the other hand, comes with stricter restrictions. When a player successfully requests self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to reopen the account, except under specific circumstances (such as after a cooling-off period, but never for players with gambling problems).

Could you please specify the reason for closing your account? Additionally, would you be so kind as to forward me the account closure requests you sent to the casino along with the casino's responses? You can send them to me at veronika.f@casino.guru.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Veronika
