I signed up to test the platform and see how it worked. You are given a 10$ welcome bonus. It states on the front page of their site if you haven’t deposited you can only withdrawal up to 100$. I like to check out the site before I deposit and glad I do this casino is why I do. I play at several casinos and have made many deposits.

I played a total of two games at the time of withdrawal I had played only one hit a lucky spin and decided to take my 20.00 win and test withdrawal process. I used 5$ of my bonus to play one game. According to there T&C crypto withdrawals can take up to 24-48 hours but usually don’t. That makes sense kinda long for crypto but ok. Submitted withdrawal got confirmation email about it and that’s where it ended.

I waited 48 hours logged back in and message says withdrawal on hold? Casino rep said my game play was being reviewed for unusual activity. You mean the one game I played? Ok fine logged back in next day still on hold casino rep says this day there having platform problems hope to be resolved soon. Sure, ok "platform" problems that happens. We are 4 days in now. Logged back in day 5 still on hold contact chat today they are backed and will forward to finance team to help expedite the withdrawal. Ok no problem, Day 6 log in still on hold contact chat I am told on this day contacting chat does no good I just need to wait for an email. Whatever, day 7 log in we will forward your request to finance team please wait for email but you did that 2 days ago! This is a 20.00$ withdrawal in BC and they haven’t flat out denied it because they don’t have valid reason but just won’t approve or pay it either. Account is verified and all rules followed.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
