DO NOT USE THIS TRASH CASINO YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF This is the worst casino I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I would rate negative stars if possible, they consistently lie about the withdrawals and say it has to go under further investigation. They withhold public information about licensing they are obligated to give under federal laws stating that it’s against terms and conditions, last time I checked federal laws subdue any terms or condition. I would highly recommend not investing any money into this casino and saving yourself a great deal of hassle as there will be a class action lawsuit filed against them if it hasn’t been already. The employees give answers to questions that are extremely vague and meaningless to what you are asking and they say that they will end that chat if you ask the question again calling it spam. They refrain from any responsibly or customer service in every way possible again DO NOT USE THIS TRASH CASINO YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

Well for starters I have asked my account be deactivated at least a dozen time in the past two weeks and as of right now it is still active. That should speak enough on how the casino does not even uphold their own terms and conditions.

Did you request for block or self-exclusion?

Please, let me explain you what the difference between closing the account and self-exclusion is:

Some casinos use lots of tools for responsible gambling and I would not mention them here. What players can do if they’re unhappy in the casino: Close the account or self-exclude themselves, those are the two basic choices.

 

Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen account anytime, and casino has no obligation to the player.

 

On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with gambling problem).

I asked for both and they refuse, also he says I'm from Utah I am from California, and they have no licensing in Idaho where I was visiting family so he is incorrect in the information yet again proving how bad they actually are
