Case summary

The player from Brazil had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. We explained that withdrawals could take up to 14 days and might be delayed by KYC verification or a high volume of requests, so he was advised to wait and cooperate with the casino. After the recommended time frame passed, he confirmed the issue was resolved and marked the complaint as resolved.

I am a Brazilian player. I won my balance on Win.Bet legitimately by playing Aviator (Avia Fly) with real money - no bonus, no free spins, no rollover and no promotional conditions. My balance is about 2,754 USDT (I deposited roughly 604 USDT via crypto and won the rest in the game).

I created and accessed my account using a Paraguay IP, but I am Brazilian and used my real Brazilian ID. Win.Bet openly accepts Brazilian players (registration offered a Brazil +55 phone option) and my account uses my Brazilian phone number.

On 28/09/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 250 USDT (TRC-20 network). It was REJECTED without any explanation. On the SAME day, a small withdrawal of 8 USDT was approved and paid successfully. So the casino processes trivial amounts but rejects meaningful ones. No "document quality" excuse can explain why the 8 USDT payout succeeded and the 250 USDT was rejected on the same day.

The casino then demanded identity verification. On 29/09/2026 I emailed security@win.bet everything requested: a photo of my ID, a selfie holding the document, and a handwritten note with "winbet". For 3 days I received no reply. When a live-chat agent (Mark) finally answered, he admitted my documents had been received but claimed they were "poor quality" and demanded I resend them plus extra documents (proof of my Binance deposit, proof of wallet ownership, and a selfie showing my phone number while logged in). My photos were clear and good quality. They also refuse to accept documents through the chat - only by email - so nothing stays on record.

This is an endless verification loop with no intention to pay. My KYC is complete and there is no pending requirement on my side. I am asking Casino Guru to help me get my money paid - the rejected 250 USDT withdrawal and my remaining balance.

Dear kobalski,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

CRITICAL EVIDENCE OF DELIBERATE ACCOUNT BLOCKING:

**UI Asymmetry Proof😘*

  • DEPOSIT tab: FULLY OPERATIONAL (Binance Pay, PIX, Visa, Mastercard, Tether USDT all available)
  • - WITHDRAW tab: COMPLETELY DISABLED (Message: "Withdrawals unavailable - Please contact support")

**Transaction Pattern Proof (same day, 28/09)😘*

  • 250 USDT withdrawal: REJECTED
  • - 8 USDT withdrawal: APPROVED (to appear functional)

This asymmetry proves this is NOT a technical issue or KYC delay. The casino deliberately:

  1. Accepts deposits (keeps money flowing in)
  2. 2. Blocks withdrawal function entirely
  3. 3. Rejects significant payouts while approving trivial amounts

This is predatory account gating designed to trap funds. My 2,754.53 USDT is locked behind a disabled withdrawal button while the deposit button remains fully open.

Dear kobalski,

I hope you are doing well. As the recommended time frame has now passed, could you kindly update us on whether your withdrawal has successfully been received or if there have been any new developments regarding your case? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

Dear Jean,

No, the withdrawal has NOT been received, and there is no new development from the casino's side.

Summary since my last update:

  • On 07/10/2026 I sent to security@win.bet everything the casino requested: ID document, selfie holding the "winbet" paper, selfie showing my Binance screen, and Binance proofs of my deposits (285.50 and 286.50 USDT on 28/09 to their TRC-20 address TA4eqP...7r3ag7, TxIDs 907497...880d6a and 22b6a1...ead900). All KYC items are delivered.
  • - In live chat that same day, agent "Kabila" told me to wait up to 72 hours, refused to confirm in writing that my e-mail had been received, and stated that the casino "does not issue ticket numbers".
  • - Their own 72-hour deadline expired on 10/10/2026. As of today (12/10) I have received NO reply to any of my e-mails.
  • - My account is still blocked: the Withdraw tab shows "Withdrawals unavailable - Please contact support", while the Deposit tab remains fully open.

My balance was won in casino games (Aviator), with no bonus and no promotional funds. I have screenshots of the e-mails sent, the chat conversation and the blocked withdrawal screen, and can provide them if needed.

Since the casino is not answering me at all, I kindly ask Casino Guru to contact them directly.

Thank you,

kobalski
