I have 3 pending withdraws of 750, 750, 500 CAD. I have made the request March 26, 2026. The website clearly indicates the finance depart completes the request within 3 working days. Given the amount of complaints i have seen online, this is a common occurrence , even some people bot receiving money at all. This site is unprofessional if they cannot conform to their own terms and conditions that they provide.
i have spoke with live chat 5 times, sent 3 emails, and 1 complaint. I get the same generic responses that i should wait. The amount is not an insane amount, and i am not asking for something ridiculous. All i want is the money to be withdrawn within the time promised.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
