Unfortunately, I have to try to seek your help again. I already opened a case with AskGamblers last week, but the casino management there unfortunately didn't respond, which is why my complaint was closed as unresolved. Previously, all complaints were always handled by management.


I have had good experiences with NovaForge and its casinos, and withdrawals have always been processed within 3 business days.

Because the casino itself stated that it would take three business days, and I had to actively inquire in the chat, I was a bit unsure, especially since it was a relatively large amount for me. Last week, the chat assured me that the two withdrawals (2 x CHF 500) would be processed shortly, but unfortunately, this still hasn't happened.


I would therefore once again be very happy if I could use your service to contact the company's management and find a solution.


First of all:

  • I played with the bonus and successfully wagered it. The money was, of course, in real money, otherwise a withdrawal wouldn't have been possible.
  • MaxBet was respected, I had bet a maximum of 1 CHF
