I have made a withdrawal request since 12/07 ,The status of that withdrawal hasnt changed since first moment..Is still under review ..Every time I try to speak with them ,they rwply with same generic answers which look to be AI generated.not a proper answers or explanation to the situation.I feel like they will never pay me those money because they leave it on purpose on that status so players with get frustrated and will cancel.Terrible experince so far.
