Hi! Please help me I was just playing in whale.io a few days , like a few deposits some bets. But today I want to make some play and saw that my account is suspended .
In chat I have these answers :
1)The account has been permanently closed for breaching our Terms and Conditions (https://whale.io/terms-and-conditions). It can't be reopened, any remaining balance is forfeited, and this decision is final.
2) Any remaining balance is forfeited, and this decision is final. This cannot be undone.
They didnot explain what s going on and took all my deposits too for no reason. I didnot brake any rules
