hello


i deposited €40 on 17h of June on this website but funds didn't arrive


i then contacted the chat and they told me to send a pdf copy of the transaction to their support mail support@weltbet.com but this was not resolved


then i made some searches and found out that unfortunately this site is a scam without a valid licence as you wrote on another player's complaint


is it possible for you to try to reach them or there's nothing that can be done?

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it's a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
