The casino accepted the crypto deposit on March 14th. When it was credited, I could not make ANY game work. All games shows "Game does not exist." or an error code such as "Game [gameart-venetia] is not available! DomainId [3021]

I have immediately initiated a withdrawal of the same amount I deposited, since playing any game is impossible. Live support is on the site, but non existent, they never reply there. Support was unresponsive for days, then they replied in email: "Hello,


Site is operational, and we cannot accept the withdrawal unless you wager the money at lest once.

What else shall I try?" - then they never replied again.


Withdrawal request number is #2530994193, which still to this day shows as pending.

Zero development. Casino is still unresponsive, no reply whatsoever on their end.

The withdrawal is still shows as pending, and still no game loads on their website, be it with or without VPN.

It seems btw, that they are not just not paying their licensing fees to the gaming and/or CMS system they use, but also failed to pay for CDN as well, as most of the images on the website, hosted through CDN, does not load at all.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.
