Hello, I want to file a complaint against Wanted Win Casino, I lost a lot of money at this casino and since I was losing I asked them to show more attention and loyalty but they were very, very humiliating to my requests! Yesterday I lost another $2,000 and today $500, I explained the situation to them that they have a very low RTP and I asked them to show loyalty and give me the opportunity to play, I explained that because of all this I found myself in a difficult financial situation and instead of showing loyalty they blocked me forever!!!! I want to say that this is not an honest casino!!!! This is the most unfair casino!!! And I want to tell you, Casino Guru, that you are giving the wrong rating to all casinos! Because of your ratings I fell for a casino and not just one! I have lost more than $100,000 here at your casinos!!! You should finally start rating correctly! I will collect a bunch of signatures for a complaint against you and all the casinos that deceive people!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

Could you please advise if any funds are being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and/or no active balance has been withheld, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

I should have had cashback and I had points that I could exchange! Yes, I know you can never do anything and I just understand that with your recommendations I just found myself in a tough situation! Especially i wild casino that tormented me for more than a month by not giving me money! In the end, will you ever somehow protect players? Or should we just lose and be treated the way they want? Casinos generally reserve the right to close player accounts at their discretion, and we are not in a position to compel them to reopen accounts or take action in cases like this—especially when no funds have been withheld.
