I played with a deposit bonus and wagered this I deposited £30. I verified my account. And made £900 withdrawal. Spoke with support and keep getting told withdrawal still processing. After reading reviews which I should of done before I deposited. I decided waste of time dealing with them

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Account has been fully verified and withdrawal had no bonus funds attached to it as id wagered the bonus successfully. I've emailed not response from casino. And just the same bot replies on the so called live chat. After reading other players complaints on this casino I'm now seeing that I won't be getting the money
