Hello,

I made deposits to this casino via Revolut. The money did not arrive immediately as stated. It took several hours, which was very frustrating. For this reason, I closed my account in the belief that the missing deposits would be returned to my Revolut account.

However, they did not return to my bank account but instead appeared in my gaming account the following day. The casino refuses to refund the money and says that it is my own responsibility.

Are casinos under a Curaçao license allowed to act like thieves?
