They have sent 5000 too my account which is closed and the payment never reached my account it was automatically returned to the sender and they refusing to acknowledge that and send me my money too my account provided... I've sent them statements and letters from my bank stating that the money was reverted but I get nothing but stuffed around by the support team

  • Did you select the withdrawal to be sent to a Revolut account that was already closed?
  • When exactly was your Revolut account deactivated?
  • Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino in the past?
  • Has the casino provided you with any explanations regarding returning the unsuccessful payment to your casino account? If so, have they specified when the funds should be traced and credited back?

When I made the withdrawal it was the 16th January and the total withdrawal was 11,630. When they asked me if my bank details were correct for the withdrawal they asked it my BSB and account number were correct I replied yes... I didn't realise they were going too pay id me in so many different lots to my pay id not my BSB and account number which they asked me .... My revolut account was in the process of closing because I couldn't meet there deposit amount per month because I didn't have a wage going into the account.... I noticed that the casino was sending me money from pay id too the revolut account because I was getting notifications saying the money has been reverted and sent back too sender... I then msgs waboom77 and told them too stop sending too that pay id and I updated my pay id for the account that is same bank as the BSB and account on there end.... They then proceeded the next day too send me the remaining balance 6300 which I received with no issues.... The casino has denied the $5000 returned to there account and say that the funds were transferred successfully and they won't read my statement or notice from revolut saying that on the 16th the funds were not successful into my account they were automatically returned to the sender immediately the same day... I have had no luck getting the casino too send me the money that was returned to them over 8days ago now

I still haven't received any money from waboom77 there support team are not doing anything about it there just continuously send same preset msg no matter what I type .... Have you had any luck contacting someone from the casino

They won't give me the withdrawal request they say theve sent it too me before and too scroll up the chat... But the chat doesn't let U go that far back there purposely doing this cause they know they still owe me $5000 ... I msg them every day too try get my money they never actually look at the statements and letters from my bank stating that the money was reverted straight back to the sender immediately and my balance was zero.... They just say the money was processed and I don't get any other response just the same msg

Hey Peter thankyou for helping me with this..... All there gonna say is that the payments were processed and transferred to my bank account.... And there can be no further action can be taken...... No matter how many times I try explain too them $5000 they sent too my revolut account may have been processed but was not successful into my account and was automatically returned to the sender.... They don't look at my statements my transaction or nothing ... I have a baby on the way and I wanted too but things for her with that money I deserve too receive my winnings
