I requested a withdrawal of PLN 41,000 from Vox Casino on 1 September 2026. My KYC verification was successfully completed on 8 September 2026.
The casino subsequently informed me that its external payment provider allegedly has a technical limit of PLN 500 per transaction. I was therefore asked to cancel my original PLN 41,000 withdrawal and create approximately 82 separate withdrawal requests of PLN 500 each.
I do not agree to cancel my original withdrawal. I am concerned that cancelling it and creating 82 new requests would restart the withdrawal process and remove the processing history of my original request.
I informed Vox Casino that I am willing to receive the PLN 41,000 in multiple bank transfers if this is technically necessary, provided that the casino processes them internally under my existing withdrawal request, without requiring me to cancel it or submit 82 new requests.
Vox Casino has confirmed that it will not unilaterally cancel my existing withdrawal and that it is not refusing to pay my funds. However, it has also stated that my withdrawal cannot be processed in its current form and that payment will not be possible unless I personally cancel and split the withdrawal.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to the casino and requested that the matter be escalated to its financial department, but the issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance in obtaining payment of the full PLN 41,000 without being required to cancel my original withdrawal and restart the process through approximately 82 new withdrawal requests.
I can provide screenshots of the original withdrawal, confirmation of completed KYC, correspondence with customer support, and the casino’s written responses regarding the PLN 500 payment-provider limit.
