Hello Veronika,
Thank you for your reply.
Regarding your questions:
I have not had any successful withdrawals from Vox Casino before.
I made my deposits using a payment card, while I requested the withdrawal of approximately EUR 1,700 to my bank account.
Therefore, the withdrawal method was different from the deposit method.
Vox Casino suggested that I split the withdrawal into 17 separate withdrawals of EUR 100 each.
I did not agree to this.
My concern was that I repeatedly asked the casino whether splitting the withdrawal into 17 separate requests would mean that the withdrawal processing time would start again separately for each EUR 100 request, potentially causing a much longer overall delay.
The casino did not give me a clear answer to this question and instead responded evasively.
For this reason, I did not consider it reasonable to cancel or split my existing withdrawal without first receiving a clear explanation of how this would affect the processing time.
I have also carefully reviewed the casino’s Terms and Conditions. I could not find any provision stating that the maximum withdrawal amount is limited to EUR 100 per withdrawal. Therefore, I would appreciate it if Vox Casino could identify the exact rule or clause on which this EUR 100 restriction is based.
I would also like to clarify an important point: I did not use or accept any bonus, promotional offer, free spins, cashback, or other bonus-related funds at Vox Casino.
Therefore, my withdrawal is not subject to any wagering requirement or bonus-related restriction.
I do not know how many withdrawals the casino allows to remain pending at the same time. This is also relevant because splitting EUR 1,700 into 17 separate withdrawals could create further delays or limitations.
The approximately EUR 1,700 remains outstanding, and I would appreciate it if the complaint could remain open until the full amount is successfully paid.
Best regards,
Paweł
