Hello, I withdrew my money on 18.02 and since that nothing happened. In the official rule the withdrawal should be proceded not later than in 3 business days. I am waiting more than one week. The Casino on purpose prolong my wothdrawal without any concrete piece of information. Please support. I have the impression that they are scammers.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello, unfortunately not at all. I have been waiting sińce 18.02,my account does not need the verification,according to the „support" it is small delay and nobody is able to say how long does it take to get my money back🤷‍♀️🤯🤡. It is simple scam I presume or they are playing time waiting if I maybe withdraw my money and lose it. I really do not know.filefile

The best thing is the same words: sorry, be patient repeated by chat GPT all the time. I hopę that a lot of people will see that claim to avoid such places. In Viperwin if you lose money-you lose, when you win - you lose either.
