Hi, I'm just wondering if I can get some help with withdrawals that seem to not be moving.


I have 3 pending (which is max you can have per their terms and conditions).


  • 6th March - $750 AUD
  • 7th March - $750 AUD
  • 8th March - $650 AUD
  • My profile says it does not need verification


My deposit have been made using Mifinity and withdrawals as well.


Last week I actually played a another Novaforge casino and my withdrawals came through within 2-3 days (deposit and withdrawal using Mifinity, they did not ask for any further verification documents as I've played at quite a few of the other Novaforge casinos)

There is currently no verification pending, this has been my experience at Novaforge casinos, withdrawals come through as I’ve verified in the past


no bonus is associated with these funds, their terms and conditions is real money first then bonus, I may have cancelled the bonus, can’t remember but there’s no wagering required here


I have sent an email yesterday about any issues with KYC or withdrawal and talked to live chat and they said they aim to process within 3 business days. If any documents required it will show in my profile, my profile still says no documents required

If you have requested the withdrawals on 6th of April, I would advise to wait until next week.

Each withdrawal may take up to 14 days to be processed and in case you have canceled a previous one and requested it again, the waiting period basically resets.

Let us know once the withdrawal is pending over the recommended period.
