I recently played through the wager requirement on the 100.00 free chip my i.d verification and address verification was accepted I was told on several attempts I had multiple accounts and it was false and eventually proven that I was correct about not having multiple accounts. Also when I tried to withdrawal the first time I HAD 400.00 then the next time 1200

00 then again at 285.00 until finally the withdrawal request was denied the 5th time for insufficient funds at 185.00 dollars. The problem is that I was always doing what I was supposed to and your casino refused to pay me I have every thing documented all the emails the list of supposed similar accounts that are no way at simular to mine
