HI guys, almost 2 weeks ago my account was suspended due to administrative decision , that is the reason i was told by the agents but what is means or what i did wrong they cant say . Anyway since then i am i trying to get my money back but they are making it imposible to do that, i can acces my acount and untill recent i could acces the withdrawal section but not anymore. When i could acces the withdrawal section and i submited a withdrawal everytime it got cancel due to varios reason or because they needed further documents despite before it was suspended i sent them every piece of document you can think of or they could ask. My account its fully verified , i spoke with the agent from the support but they are not helpul at all, first they tell me they dont know why my account its being suspended after they say i need to send a bank statement which was already sent and so on. Last time i spoke with them the same situation happened, and frankly i dont know what to do from here, they are lying me a i feel they are trying to make me quit pursuing the money from the account. I know its not a huge amount but still, i never had experienced this before, this was a deposit of 500 RON about 100Euro, i had a bonus wich i never got because they bonus wagering is shit for sport betting. I dont feel i did anything wrong for them to respond like this , they always speak nicely at support but that is it, they never acomplish anything afterward, its just empty words and thats it. The account is about 1 month old, if you need more details i can give you , just let me know. Thank you

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello again, i managed to get to the withdrawal section and tried to make a withdrawal but it was canceled again, i cannot receive the money because they are always canceling the withdrawal , im going to upload a picture also . The 14 days waiting time cannot be aplied here if they keep canceling every withdrawal request.
