I deposited NOK 1,000 on May 30. The bet won, and my account balance then increased to NOK 2,600. I requested a withdrawal immediately after the bet was settled.

I was never asked to submit any form of account verification. I have contacted customer support several times regarding the withdrawal, and each time they told me that the money was on its way.

Today, when I tried to check the status, I was unable to log in to my account. They have locked my account.

Could you please help me? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and recovering my funds. I cant check my username on the casino, since its locked

Hi. I made the account on May 29 or 30 and only did one bet on sports betting and with no bonus. I made a withdraw maybe 5-6 days after the winning bet. Nothing happened with the withdraw and i talked to them a lot of times to hear about when the money is coming. Maybe 2-3 days ago i was going to talk to them again about the withdraw, but couldt log in to the account. So i think its been locked for max 5-6 days. I unfortunately dont have any screenshots from the chat, because it sounded like they was actually trying to help me. And now i cant log in to talk to them again...
