I Submit documents for Verification, the documents is what they asked for.
Utility bill for electricity. with Date etc.
Also a Card Statement that shows that i am the owner of the Card used for deposits.
STILL The Casino have now declined my Verification Twice. Even tho i submit the correct documents.
They keep telling me to wait 72 hours, But dont communicate what the issue is.
I explain through chat multiple that the DATE of issue of the Utility bill is clearly stated in the document.
Also i have informed the casino that i used a Disposible card through revolut becuase of this i dont have a physical card.
I have submited a Statement from my bank showing my Name and a full list of all my cards including the card they want me to VEriif.y
They have already verified 2 out of 3 cards i used at their casino. so i dont understand why they are making this so difficult. I needed my withdrawal yesterday
