i had requested a withdraw on March 11 2025 and i have yet to hear any word from the casino when they will process this request, i now have 3 pending requests waiting. Every time i contact them VIA live chat or email its the same generic answer of your withdraw is safe please be patient. an interesting note is they have not asked for KYC docs yet as this is the first 3 withdraws so i have a feeling i waited all this time they are going to cancel it then ask for KYC and then we are back to waiting weeks all over again, this casino is making me feel like its actual a scam site even though they just recently put their license at the bottom of the screen.

  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before? No this would be the first withdraw on the account.


  • Could you please post a screenshot of your withdrawal history here in this thread? sure



  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus? No Bonus was used only the $600 i have deposited



I have a total account balance of $15,250 has been 15 regulars days and today is now the 11th business day and nothing has been processed, they have not asked for verification either

I have also emailed them all my verification documents so they dont have to ask for them later, they will already have them.

Another weird thing from them is i sent all the documents even though it was not requested and they would not take them as they stated "they can only be uploaded on the website when asked for" this is very strange why not accept them if the player is giving them to you so the account can be verified even before its needed (just going to ask for it later).

Although it took 24 days total (18 business days) which is insane 6 times longer than they state in the T&C, all 3 pending withdraws have reached my account, hopefully i do not experience this kind of delay again.
