Basically , i requested the withdrawal 21 of June and have been told there is a delay , but I feel its taking too long to resolve and the communication from the casino is "we are sorry" and that "they will let the financial team know about the issue" but no updates regarding the issue,

I received 60 euro bonus with 40x wager, completed the wager and continued to play with real money for over 24 hours and then cashed out, I played slot games no live games, I went to the verification section and it states I do not have to verify for KYC and staff have no mentioned this once , I was told that the withdrawal was processed but the issue was a problem from the casino side and they are working to resolve it and that I have done nothing wrong and do not have to provide anything and the money will be processed soon, but that information has been the same everyday, I even asked if I should cancel the withdrawal and try another way but was told no its a issue from casino I do not need to worry
