Hallo ich bitte um Hilfe bei Vegasino. In meinem account befinden sich 3993€ + 3x 500€ Auszahlung die seit 03.11. ausstehend sind. Vegasino hat keine Dokumente von mir angefordert und im Account steht keine verifizierung notwendig. Außerdem sind meine Auszahlungen gesperrt und es passiert absolut gar nichts.

Vegasino hat das Selfie mit Website im Hintergrund erst kürzlich angefordert. Zuvor wurde ein normales selfie in Form dass mein Gesicht abgescannt wurde gefordert.

Ich habe das selfie mit Website im Hintergrund hochgeladen.

Den Einzahlungsnachweis hat Vegasino vor vielen Wochen bereits von mir erhalten. Das was Vegasino jetzt von mir erfordert ist wieder etwas dass technisch in Trustwallet nicht möglich ist.

Wie in dem oberen Bild zu sehen ist: In der Trustwallet App wird kein Hash angezeigt wenn man eine Transaktion auswählt. Man muss auf weitere Details drücken was einen dann wieder auf den öffentlichen Block Explorer weiterleitet. Davon hatte ich bereits den Nachweis Vegasino vor vielen Wochen gesendet.

Außerdem kann ich in der Trustwallet App nicht mehr auf den 1. November (Tag meiner Einzahlung) zurück scrollen da ich in der Zwischenzeit viele neue Transaktionen auf meinem Wallet hatte und man in der App nicht unbegrenzt zurück scrollen kann.
