Case summary

The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. We initially advised patience because withdrawals could take up to 14 days and might be delayed by KYC checks or a high volume of requests. The player later confirmed that €2,400 had been paid out, while €3,000 remained pending and additional withdrawals had been requested after the casino lowered the withdrawal limits. Since the casino was processing the winnings periodically within the standard waiting period, we closed the case as resolved.

Hello CasinoGuru Team,

I am filing an official complaint against Vegasino Casino for intentionally delaying three of my withdrawals, totaling €2,400, from my overall balance of €6,000.

My account has been active and fully verified for over a year, and I have previously received smaller payouts without any issues. However, after hitting a larger win, my payouts have been frozen.

The specific transactions are:

1. €800 requested on 31/07/2026 (ID: 0b64539b-2caf-4741-8923-3b6d172e004)

2. €800 requested on 01/08/2026 (ID: 4b83f6ec-4001-4d61-8309-bf00e4e7ed67)

3. €800 requested on 02/08/2026 (ID: 54666162-254f-470c-919a-f25d2505650d)

While the main dashboard misleadingly says "Processing", clicking on the details reveals that all three transfers have been stuck on Step 2 ("Under review") for 9-11 days. The system also displays a message stating "We are checking your account details," which makes no sense since my account was fully verified long ago.

I sent a formal email to their support team on Saturday giving them 48 hours to resolve this, but they completely ignored it. I strongly believe the casino is stalling the payment on purpose, hoping I will click the "Cancel" button and lose my winnings.

I have attached screenshots proving the dates, transaction IDs, and the current "Under Review" status. Please intervene and help me get my funds.

Kind regards,

[redacted]

Dear VmicheleV,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Hello Jean,

Thank you for your update. I would like to inform you that the casino has successfully processed the first part of my money (€2,400).

However, my total balance was €5,400, so I am still waiting for the remaining €3,000. I am currently in the process of the second wave of withdrawals. I have requested 3 new payouts: two for €800 and one for €500.

The reason for the €500 request is that the casino has suddenly and without any explanation lowered my withdrawal limits. It seems they are trying to stretch this process out as much as possible.

Please keep this complaint OPEN until I safely receive the remaining €3,000. I will keep you updated on the progress. Thank you for your amazing help!

Dear VmicheleV,

Thank you very much for your update.

Based on the information you have provided, the casino appears to be processing your withdrawals periodically, with each payment being received within the standard 14-day withdrawal waiting period that we apply before intervening in delayed withdrawal complaints.

Since you have already received the withdrawals that were the subject of this complaint, I will now close this case as resolved.

If the casino stops processing your withdrawals periodically or a future withdrawal remains unpaid beyond the standard waiting period, please keep in mind that there is always an option to reopen this complaint, and we will be happy to investigate the matter further.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I wish you the best of luck with your remaining withdrawals.

Best regards,

Jean
