I am submitting this complaint regarding serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and inconsistent treatment by VegasNow Casino.

I deposited and participated in bonus offers and fully completed all wagering requirements, exceeding $80,000 in total wagering. My winnings reached approximately $27,000.

However, my balance was reduced to $10,000 based on a maximum win cap of $5,000 per bonus.

While the casino refers to this rule, it was not clearly or prominently disclosed before or during gameplay.

Additionally, there is clear inconsistency in how this rule has been applied. On a previous occasion (February 2, 2026), I successfully withdrew $8,000 without any restriction or mention of a maximum win cap.

This indicates that:

The rule was not consistently enforced

The limitation was not clearly communicated as a core condition

Furthermore, after this incident and after withdrawing the $10,000, my account was restricted from receiving any promotional offers or loyalty rewards, as shown in the attached screenshot.

This raises serious concerns that:

Restrictions were applied only after a significant win

The player is being penalized after winning

The treatment of the account changed only after the dispute

Additionally:

My withdrawal process was delayed for approximately 11 days

I was allowed to wager over $80,000 without any clear warning

The cap was only enforced after winnings were generated

A condition that allows high wagering while limiting winnings without clear and consistent disclosure is misleading and unfair.

I respectfully request:

Evidence that the maximum win cap was clearly presented before gameplay

Explanation for inconsistent enforcement (including previous $8,000 withdrawal)

Clarification on why my account was restricted after this win

A fair reassessment of my winnings

I am open to resolving this matter amicably, but I expect a fair and transparent outcome.

Other cryptocurrencies maximums will be based on the current exchange rate to EUR at the time of cashout processing. Any winnings over this amount may be forfeited (inclusive of any amount generated through subsequent play with the redeemed bonus winnings).


Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time, especially when the casino shares all the relevant information on the website. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, and setting a maximum cashout limit for bonus winnings is very common.
