I am filing a formal dispute against VegasNow1.com regarding unfair bonus cancellations and what I believe to be a predatory bonus structure that has resulted in significant financial loss.

FULL TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

1. I made a first deposit of $30 and received a $45 welcome bonus, giving me a starting balance of $75.

2. Through gameplay, I grew my balance to $140.

3. I made a second deposit of $60 and received a $60 bonus, bringing my balance to approximately $260.

4. I continued playing and grew my balance to $420.

5. Without any prior warning, notification, or explanation, $239 was deducted from my balance — reducing it to $163. The casino attributed this to the first bonus expiring.

6. I was never informed that the first bonus was approaching its expiry date while I was actively playing and depositing.

7. I am now being told that my second bonus will also expire soon, and that if my balance exceeds the bonus amount at expiry, it will be cancelled entirely — potentially reducing my balance to zero.

8. As a result, I have been forced to cancel the second bonus myself to protect the remainder of my funds.

KEY CONCERNS:

- The $239 cancellation appears to exceed the value of the first bonus ($45) and any winnings reasonably attributable to it, suggesting that funds from my second deposit were also wiped in the process.

- My total real-money deposits amount to $90. The $163 I am left with barely covers my own deposits, with none of the legitimate winnings I built retained.

- At no point did the casino warn me that a bonus was expiring, despite me being an active, depositing player.

- No explanation was provided at the time of cancellation, and no breakdown of how the $239 figure was calculated has been given.

- The bonus structure as experienced appears designed to make it nearly impossible for players to withdraw winnings, as the 40x wagering requirement on each bonus creates conditions where expiry is likely before completion.

I am requesting:

1. Reinstatement of the $239 cancelled from my balance, or a full transparent breakdown of exactly how this figure was calculated and which specific terms justify it.

2. Confirmation of what portion of my balance represents my real deposited funds ($90 total) and that these are fully withdrawable.

3. A written explanation of why no expiry warning was issued while I was an active depositing player.

I have acted in good faith throughout — depositing real money, playing legitimately, and engaging with the platform as a genuine customer. I expect to be treated with the same transparency and fairness.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, in response to your email and questions :

No I never played with any kind of bonus before , I was not aware that the bonus had a limited validity. The bonus was directly added to my account without my consent or the explanation of the limit of the validity neither the conditions.

I connected to my account and now my balance is 60 dollars , so I m in negative relatively of the the total deposit that I made that was of 90 dollars, all this time I haven’t lost money and reach 430 at the maximum, I m now ending up with less money, it s basically a scam from my point of view.

I send you a screenshot that explain the welcoming bonus and second bonus.

Thank you

Thank you for your response. Could you please attach a screenshot of your bonus history, specifically displaying the promotions in question? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether you activated the second deposit bonus while the first deposit bonus was still active. Thank you in advance for your reply.
