On a registration day i deposited 900$ i lost almost everything, i had 3$ left and i bet it on Crash, it skyrocketed and i won 281$, after this i contacted to play and won 752$ and i withdrew them but it went on a pending status, after 1h they suspended my account and when i asked to support what was going on they had some flat answers like " special department is reviewing your case and wait for their response kindly"… i was also told to email them for fast response which i did. Its 14h passed since my first email, and there’s no answer, not even a word from them, i feel they are just stealing my money and they are scammers, i don’t recommend this platform to anyone!!! You don’t have same problems at stake.com or some big platforms. Vave.com they are not responsible they don’t give a … on users and their costumer support doesn’t exist, i dont know what to do, i think i need to get a lawyer.

Thank you Kristina! I won most of my money in Crash and some of it in Sweet Bozana (slot).



They don’t ask for ID verification on their website but when i found that they suspended my account i texted them that i cant open send all the documents they want.



I had some bonuses from them but there weren’t activated. At First when i tried to withdraw some kind of error popped and i asked them what was going on and they said i had 3spins of wheel of fortune and that’s why i couldn’t withdraw. They asked me to spin and then delete those bonuses and i will be able to withdraw, i followed their instructions and withdraw went on a pending status and after 1h my account was suspended and already 36h passed and my withdrawal hasn’t arrived, i can’t even access my account right now. I emailed them as well and around 24h after they emailed me back saying my withdrawal is in live queue and will be reviewed asap, but totally 36h passed. Idk is this a website you can trust? Is this a website anyone should use? My account is clean without any problems and they simply frozen my funds, idk what else to think…

They emailed me yesterday late at night that my account was suspended because this was 2nd account created from same IP address, they emailed me that they will Confiscate my winnings and will give me back my deposit. I deposited 936$ totally and they refund to me only my last deposit of 98$, is that's fair ? I mean they think they are doing charity and i should be thankful? The problem with this website is that if they don't wanna 2 or more accounts from same IP address they can ask for ID verification as soon as you try to withdraw the money, that way you will be able to have only 1 account because you can't pass the verification twice with same ID. But no they will allow you to create as many accounts as you'd like, they will happily allow you to deposit as much money as you want from 2nd or 3rd account but when it comes to withdraw they will block you. If you have policy that you can't play from 2nd or 3rd account, why you allow me to create and deposit ? Why you don't ask for ID verification??? They could instantly block you to prevent playing, but now they will allow you to deposit money. They are horrible company, they are answering once a day to my emails, they don't have about customers and they are robbers!!! I don't recommend this website to anyone! Their service is horrible !!!



Kristina do you think I can do anything in this situation ? I mean they mailed me that winnings are confiscated and deposit will be refund but they only refunded my last deposit.... why only last? i had 6-7 deposits totally 936$
