I was told that I needed to deposit $80 to withdraw money, but I did.

I was told that an additional $120 was required to withdraw money, so I deposited that as well.

And I tried to process the withdrawal, but it was canceled.

I was told I couldn't withdraw the money unless I deposited $120 again.

I didn't see any such mention in the reviews, so I don't think it's a problem.

I tried to solve it but I can't solve it. What should I do?

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're facing.

  • Could you please share a link to the casino in question?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without using a bonus? If you used a bonus, please let me know whether it was a no-deposit bonus or a deposit-based one.
  • Has the casino provided any explanation as to why multiple deposits are required in order to withdraw your winnings?

Please be cautious—requesting repeated deposits under the pretense of fees or taxes is a common tactic used by scam casinos. For this reason, I strongly advise against sending any additional payments until the situation is clarified.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Veronika

Hello, I think I was tricked by a similar fake website.

The address is https://vavadakings.com

When I try to log in using the link from Casino Guru, the input fields are

The real email address and password

Fake username and password

will be asked for.

Also, the fake site has fewer languages than the real one, so I think this is how I was deceived.

I would appreciate it if you could make the fake site address public, as this would help raise awareness.

I'm glad I noticed it early and will forget about it. I also submitted a complaint in a review, but they refused to post it.

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Thank you for your response.

You are correct — Vavada Kings is a scam casino that appears to be imitating the legitimate Vavada Casino. I’m very sorry to hear that you fell victim to this fraudulent platform and deposited real money.

We strongly advise against making any further deposits, as it is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover your funds or any potential winnings.

For more information on how to recognize and protect yourself from scam casinos, we recommend reading our article here: Scam Casinos Warning.

I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Michal (michal.k@casino.guru) who will be at your assistance. I wish you the best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.

Hello teemuteemu,

I'm Michal, and I have taken over your complaint. As you already correctly mentioned, unfortunately, you fell victim to a scam casino.

The overall appearance of the website does indeed closely resemble that of Vavada Casino; however, as you have observed, there are specific distinctions between the two, and most importantly, the legitimate Vavada Casino wouldn't ask you for any payments to receive withdrawals.

As my colleague Veronica has already pointed out, I also strongly recommend against making any deposits at this casino, as this would likely lead to even greater financial losses for you.

I recognise that casual players may not readily perceive this, but as you may be aware, there are thousands of different casino websites, and it is always prudent to exercise caution and make sure you check the correct URL link. I will endeavour to contact Vavada Kings Casino to see if I can offer any assistance, if feasible.

Dear Vavada Kings Casino,

I kindly request your assistance in clarifying the reasoning behind your requirement for a $120 deposit to release the player’s winnings, especially considering the player has already done this a couple of times. While a verification deposit is sometimes necessary for payment method confirmation, these amounts typically range between $10 and $30. Your request for a substantially higher deposit deviates from common industry practices and raises questions about its validity.

I look forward to your explanation. In addition, is there a chance you can at least refund the player's previous deposits, as they've been made solely for the release of the withdrawal and not used for gameplay?

If there are additional circumstances influencing the situation that cannot be shared publicly, please forward them to me directly at michal.k@casino.guru

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear teemuteemu,

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but as expected, I have not had much success. They have not responded at all to my emails, and when I tried the live chat, they disabled it right away once they figured out that I'm from Casino Guru, which is another sign that this casino is NOT to be trusted. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license, I'm not afraid to name them as fake, and since they don't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach, and at the same time, it will warn other players when they search for reviews about this casino.

If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

I can only recommend that you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Best regards,

Michal
