The player from Washington is facing an issue with Gogogoldwin, who promised a refund of $5000 if she wrote a specified letter. However, after submitting the required letter, the casino has not responded.
Gogogoldwin said if I wrote a refund letter, copied word for word from what they said to write they would refund me 5000$
then they ghosted me.
