I am submitting this complaint regarding an unpaid withdrawal of £2,700.72 from Union Jackpots, which I requested on 13 July 2026.
I had previously made successful withdrawals from Union Jackpots, including a previous withdrawal of approximately £800 which was initially cancelled/delayed but was ultimately paid. Because I had previously received money from the casino, I had no reason at that stage to believe that a future legitimate withdrawal would not be honoured.
When I requested the £2,700.72 withdrawal, Union Jackpots stated that withdrawals could take 7–21 working days. I therefore waited and allowed them the full timeframe they had quoted.
As the withdrawal remained pending, I contacted Union Jackpots repeatedly by live chat and email asking for updates. I was continually given generic responses and assurances that the withdrawal was being processed. I also corresponded with a VIP representative/manager named Logan. Despite all of these contacts, I was never given a proper explanation for why my withdrawal had not been paid or a firm date on which payment would be made.
On 11 August 2026, I specifically contacted them because, by my calculation, I had reached the 21st working day of their quoted processing period. The withdrawal nevertheless remained unpaid.
Since then, considerably more time has passed and the full £2,700.72 remains outstanding.
I want to make clear that I have not cancelled or reversed this withdrawal, I have not redeposited the money and I have not continued gambling with it. I also stopped depositing and playing while waiting for the withdrawal to be processed. I have done everything I reasonably can to allow Union Jackpots to complete the payment.
Throughout this period I have retained evidence of my dealings with the casino, including screenshots of the withdrawal, transaction information, live-chat conversations, emails, correspondence with Logan and information showing the casino's stated withdrawal processing times. I can provide this evidence to Casino Guru.
As the delay continued, I became increasingly concerned and began researching Union Jackpots. I found reports from other players describing similar lengthy withdrawal delays, which made me concerned that my experience was not an isolated problem.
My concern has now increased significantly because Casino Guru's current review of Union Jackpots states that the casino's claimed Curaçao (CGA) licence is "Fake" and gives the casino a Safety Index of 3.2/10 – Very Low.
This is particularly concerning to me because when I registered, deposited and played at Union Jackpots, I did so believing that I was dealing with a legitimately licensed online casino. I would not knowingly have deposited money with an operator using a fake licence.
I am also aware that Casino Guru has dealt with other complaints concerning Union Jackpots and prolonged withdrawals, including at least one complaint that was ultimately closed as unresolved after Union Jackpots failed to cooperate with Casino Guru.
I appreciate that the licensing issue itself does not change the basic facts of my individual complaint. My complaint is fundamentally very straightforward: Union Jackpots accepted my deposits and allowed me to play; I legitimately requested a withdrawal of £2,700.72 on 13 July 2026; I complied with their withdrawal procedure; I waited beyond their own maximum stated processing timeframe; and they have still not paid me.
I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this directly with Union Jackpots and have given them considerably longer than the timeframe they originally quoted. I have received assurances and generic responses but no payment and no satisfactory explanation.
I am therefore asking Casino Guru to investigate my complaint and contact Union Jackpots on my behalf with the aim of recovering the £2,700.72 that remains owed to me.
I have attached my complete evidence file, including screenshots, emails and chat transcripts (not for public viewing) also outlining issues with responsible gambling and handling of my account.
