Tycoon Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

My first time playing on this website and first deposit.

I played all my wagering requirements and free spin bonus and was only allowed to withdraw 20X my deposit.

After a gruelling and complicated verification process due to me not having my long hair because I have cancer they finally accepted to verify my account. I made a withdrawal request of $440 but they kept my withdrawal pending for over 3days and more.

Their excuse was that there is an issue with payment provider but they except deposits??? Withdrawals have no final solution and must keep waiting maybe days, weeks or months? It’s just ridiculous and absolutely not fair.

I have sent numerous emails with no response. Live chat is rude and cuts me out with no explanation. Casino Guru I hope you could find an answer as to when will I finally receive my money!!! Thank you Casino Guru 🙏

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
