I requested a withdraw on december 27. On december 30, I was told via livechat that I would get paid very soon (see attached screenshot).


It is now january 8th, I still haven't gotten paid and the support team is not replying to either my emails or on livechat, leaving me on read (see other screenshot).


I believe they are intentionally delaying my payment and withholding my funds.
