I have made 2 withdrawls of 1000 and 700 Euros, i didnt activate any bonuses and in fully KYC verified. I am curently pending but i wanted to send it in White i still can access my account and show proof that i should receive this money. I dont know what to do, i am a student and this is a LOT of money for me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi

They blocked my account and Said that they would refund the money that i originaly deposited, which they did and it was 445€ but i won 1700€. I tried to talk to the bank but they wouldnt listen. I cant log in and i dont have any possibility to resolve this on my own, plz help me.file

I havent made any prevouisly withdrawls from Tenobet.

I was fullt verified which i can prove from multiple of their messages to me.

I did not have any bonus active at any time.

I bet on both sports and on live casino but not on slots.
