Hello,

A few weeks ago I opened an account with them and made a deposit of 100 euros with 100 bonus deposit. Afterwards, I tried really hard to win some money and end up making it 1100 euros by meeting 3000 euros wagering limit only playing in sports betting not casinos. I played in various real life events of sports games.

Then, out of curiosity I checked Tenobet's customer reviews and there are tons of bad reviews about this company not paying customers back their winnings when a withdrawal requested. So, I got scared and stop playing and requested withdrawal but since then the withdrawal request was made, they ask for the ID, Selfie, pictures of my bank cards etc, which i successfully provided. Then, I made a complaint on company complaint link but still i didn't receive my money, although withdrawal time frame is 48 hours I was informed. Afterwards, I received an email saying I need to verify my email account from my account profile but when I try to verify my email from my account profile, if I click nothing happens, its completely disabled.

Since then, I have been keep email them about my withdrawal but no response.

Please help me. How can its ok if people r loosing they don't ask for any documents, but only when someone request withdrawal they start all these problems.

Im dire need of money and they won't return my winnings. Please do something.

Hello Attila,


Thank you for the response, but when I saw online hundreds of people complained about this company. So, there must be something wrong with this company and I believe so many misconduct may not be reported as its really time consuming and drains people of these chasing for the money. So, please can you do some digging or research on the company to understand it a bit further. I found out they got licence from Anjouan gaming body and run the business in the UK under the 'Softon Ltd' umbrella.

These people r so manipulative and very cunning. Its unfortunately that they played a mind game with me, and kept me waiting for no reason and I kept emailing them, but suddenly I became impatient and my withdrawal was pending and I cancelled it bcz there was a cricket match going, and initial 300 pounds loss eventually meant I was chasing it desperately and at the end I lost the whole 1100, which is a shame that they knew this would happen at the end. You see i waited for over 10 days for the money to be refunded but they kept me waiting and playing mind games when its their website says its 48 hours for the withdrawal to reach the customer's account.

I am sorry to hear that, but I understand. Since you have decided to play your winnings, I’m afraid there is not much we can do for you. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt, but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
