Hello Casino Guru Team,


I am requesting your urgent help with a severe issue regarding my withdrawal at Telbet Casino. 


On February 19, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 0.514 ETH. The finance department officially approved it on February 20. However, it has now been 5 days and the funds have still not been broadcasted to the blockchain. The status on my account remains "Initiated".


The casino is deliberately breaking their own Terms & Conditions, which explicitly state that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. When I contacted their support, an agent named Pablo officially admitted in an email (which I have attached as proof) that my withdrawal has not been broadcasted because they are waiting for "network conditions to stabilize". 


This means the casino is purposely holding my approved funds hostage simply because they are unwilling to pay the standard ETH network gas fees. As the crypto market fluctuates, I am actively losing money due to their intentional stalling.


They advertise "instant crypto withdrawals", but in reality, they withhold funds for days to save a few dollars on blockchain fees. I am asking for your intervention to force the casino to process my payment immediately.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.


If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your response. I understand your 14-day policy and I will patiently wait for that timeframe to pass.


However, I want to clarify for the record that my account is fully verified (no KYC issues) and my withdrawal was officially approved by their finance department on Feb 20. The only reason for the delay is that their support explicitly admitted in an email that they are refusing to pay standard Ethereum network gas fees and are waiting for "network conditions to stabilize."


I will update this thread if the funds arrive. Otherwise, I will request your full intervention on Day 14.
