Taikaspins Casino canceled my €750 withdrawal, claiming that I had violated Section 12.10 of their Terms and Conditions.

I first attempted to withdraw my winnings last week. After submitting the withdrawal request, I received a message from customer support asking me to provide a selfie holding my driver's license next to my face for verification purposes. The message also stated that once I submitted the requested photo and my documents were verified, my withdrawal would be processed.

I sent the requested photo, and shortly afterwards I received confirmation that my verification had been successfully approved.

Following this, I submitted another withdrawal request last Friday. On Monday, I contacted customer support to ask about the status of my withdrawal. Only then did they inform me that my withdrawal had been canceled because they claim I had violated Section 12.10 of their Terms and Conditions.

I have repeatedly asked them to explain exactly what rule I allegedly violated and when the alleged violation occurred, but they have refused to provide any specific explanation.

My account had already been fully verified before I made my first withdrawal request. I was playing with my own deposited funds, and I did not use any bonuses.
