The player from Florida has requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings haven’t been received yet.
I am disputing a delayed/withheld redemption at SweepstakesCasino (sweepstakescasino.com), operated by WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, 1521 Concord Pike Suite 201, Wilmington, DE 19803.
Timeline of facts:
On 07-08-2026 at 6:34 PM I made a successful purchase of $50, which credited 65.00 SC (inclusive of a first-purchase bonus) and 50,000 Gold Coins. All Sweeps Coins in my account therefore derive from a real-money purchase, not from a free no-purchase registration giveaway.
I completed KYC verification. I played through my Sweeps Coins in standard slot play. The platform's own account display now shows my balance as 732.50 SC classified as "Redeemable" and 0.00 SC as non-redeemable. This confirms, by the casino's own system, that the 1x playthrough requirement (which the platform states applies only to slots) has been fully met.
On 07-09-2026 at 1:43 AM I submitted a redemption request for 1,000 SC, which remains in "Pending" status. Combined with my redeemable balance, the total disputed value is $1,732.50 (the platform states 1 SC = $1 USD).
When I attempted to redeem, support instructed me via live chat to email a secondary card verification: a photo showing the first six and last four digits of my card alongside my name, plus a selfie. I provided exactly what was requested.
Despite the site advertising "Instant Redemptions" and "24/7 Customer Service," my follow-up emails to support received no response or acknowledgment for over 11 hours. Across multiple live-chat contacts, agents declined to provide any processing timeframe, stating only that the matter is "with compliance." During

Dear rainmain11,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center
To clarify why this is not a routine processing delay:
The casino formally cancelled and marked "Failed" my verified 1,000 SC redemption request (reference 17287), and later removed the failed-redemption records from my account history. I have screenshots of both. This is an affirmative refusal, not a pending delay.
My account is fully KYC-verified, card verification is complete, and the balance is classified redeemable by the casino's own system. The sole stated basis for the hold is a chargeback on a sister site (SpeedSweeps) that my card issuer resolved "Customer Responsible", the merchant retained all funds, so no debt exists.
Additional context: the casino advertises "instant redemptions," and its own support confirmed in writing that "instant" refers only to internal processing and that the full timeframe can vary. While my verified redemption was withheld, support repeatedly encouraged me to keep playing and pitched paid coin packages. The operator (WW Funcrafters JWA LLC) carries a BBB "F" rating and has a documented complaint pattern of approving smaller redemptions while delaying or denying larger ones, including a filed complaint over a denied $2,500 redemption after a $150 redemption was honored.
I'm happy to provide all supporting documentation. Thank you.
IMPORTANT UPDATE - Account permanently closed and all funds confiscated
Today (07-14-2026 at 3:15 PM), the casino permanently closed my account and declared my entire verified balance of $1,732.50 "forfeited and voided." I have their email stating this, which I'm attaching along with a screenshot of the disabled-account message.
The casino's stated basis, in writing, is the payment dispute on their sister platform SpeedSweeps, which they claim violates Section 6.3 of their Terms. This basis is provably false on their own documents and my bank's records:
1. My card issuer (Citibank) resolved those SpeedSweeps disputes "Customer Responsible", the disputes were decided in the merchant's favor, all provisional credits were reversed, and the merchant retained the full amount of every transaction. No chargeback loss exists and no debt is owed. I hold the issuer's resolution records.
2. Section 6.3 of the casino's own Terms, the same section they cite, expressly states it "is not intended to waive any statutory or contractual dispute rights You may have under Your cardholder agreement or applicable law."
Timeline showing the sequence:
- 07-12: I submitted a formal Notice of Dispute under Section 15 of their Terms (received and opened)
- 07-14 (morning): I posted my clarification to this complaint
- 07-14 (3:15 PM): Account permanently closed, all funds declared forfeited, and the casino stated in writing: "we will not be entering into further correspondence regarding this account"
Their refusal of further correspondence is also a refusal of the informal dispute resolution process their own Section 15 requires.
To summarize the current state: my account was fully KYC-verified, card verification was complete, the $1,732.50 balance was classified redeemable by the casino's own system, there was never any chargeback on this account and the casino has now confiscated the entire balance over a sister-site dispute that resolved in the merchant's favor.
This is no longer a delayed withdrawal. It is a completed confiscation of verified funds on a demonstrably false basis. I respectfully request the Complaints Resolution Center's intervention.
I am attaching: (1) the casino's confiscation email, (2) the disabled-account screenshot, (3) my card issuer's dispute resolution records showing "Customer Responsible" outcomes, (4) the redeemable-balance screenshot and failed-redemption records, and (5) the sections of their Terms that contradict their stated reason for closing the account.
On that last point: Section 6.14 of their Terms confirms their "Instant Redemptions" advertising refers only to the immediate initiation of a request, not actual payout, they advertise "instant" while disclaiming any guaranteed processing time, and frame redemption delays as processing/compliance matters, not grounds to confiscate a verified balance.
Supplemental context, this is a documented, ongoing pattern, not an isolated incident. The operator's BBB profile (WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, F rating, not accredited, 1-star average across 14 reviews) is public here:
https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-diego/profile/sweepstakes/ww-funcrafters-jwa-llc-1126-1000147999/customer-reviews
Multiple independent reviewers, all stating they were fully KYC-verified, describe the same conduct across this operator's sister brands: small redemptions ($100–$500) approved quickly while larger ones are repeatedly rejected and returned to balance; support instructing players to submit smaller amounts because "large amounts flag their system"; indefinite "compliance review" applied to already-verified accounts; the same card-photo-plus-selfie demand at the redemption stage; and being marketed coin packages while payouts are withheld. One reviewer (04/10/2026) states he was banned in retaliation for pressing to release his funds. Reported amounts withheld include $550, $1,400, $2,500, $10,000 and $25,000.
Notably, in the operator's own public reply on that page (04/10/2026), it justified a different player's account closure and withheld balance by citing Section 3.8 (promotion abuse), a different provision than the Section 6.3 it cited against me. The contractual basis appears to be selected after the decision to withhold.
Happy to provide anything further.
UPDATE: The casino has now stated its position in writing (BBB complaint #25048134)
The casino responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint, and its written response confirms the key facts of this case:
1. The casino concedes, in writing, that my card issuer "ultimately decided these disputes in the merchant's favor." The merchant retained the full amount of every transaction. No chargeback loss exists.
2. Its stated position is that "the act of initiating unauthorized chargebacks remains a direct violation of our terms" regardless of the outcome. In other words: the casino asserts that merely exercising a cardholder dispute right, on a different website, in a matter it won, justifies confiscating my $1,732.50 verified balance.
3. The casino characterized the disputes as "unauthorized." My issuer's records (already attached to this complaint) show each was formally filed under "Goods / services never received," the merchant was contacted, the merchant responded, and the issuer adjudicated the matter "Customer Responsible." The casino participated in and won each dispute. Nothing was unauthorized.
4. When quoting Section 6.3 of its own Terms in its response, the casino omitted that section's own sentence: "This provision is not intended to waive any statutory or contractual dispute rights You may have under Your cardholder agreement or applicable law."
I rejected the business's response through BBB with the issuer's records attached. I'm attaching screenshots of the casino's BBB response and my rejection.
The casino's position, in its own words, is that a closed, merchant-won dispute justifies permanent confiscation of a verified, fully-KYC'd, redeemable balance on a separate account that never had any payment dispute. I respectfully submit this confirms the confiscation has no valid basis, and I again request the Resolution Center's intervention.

Dear rainmain11,
I hope you are doing well. As the recommended time frame has now passed, could you kindly update us on whether your withdrawal has successfully been received or if there have been any new developments regarding your case? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Hey Karla,
Thank you for checking in. There has been no resolution. No funds have been received. Update on developments since my last message:
1. On July 12, 2026, I submitted a formal Notice of Dispute to the operator under Section 15 of their Terms, which requires a 30-day informal resolution process before arbitration or litigation.
2. Two days later, on July 14, 2026, the operator permanently closed my account and voided my full balance of 1,732.50 SC, citing Terms Sections 6.3 and 2.4. Their email stated the decision was final and they would not enter further correspondence.
3. Their stated basis was a chargeback I filed on a sister brand, SpeedSweeps, in March 2026. However, my card issuer’s records confirm every one of those disputes was resolved "Customer Responsible," meaning the merchant retained 100% of the funds. There is no outstanding chargeback debt on any account.
4. I also submitted a complaint to the BBB. The operator’s written response quoted their own Section 6.3 but omitted the sentence in that same section stating the chargeback provision does not waive any statutory or contractual dispute rights I may have.
5. Separately, I have before-and-after screenshots showing a failed redemption request (ref 17287) that was later removed from my visible account history.
My Section 15 informal resolution period runs until August 11, 2026. I am continuing to pursue this through the operator’s own dispute process in parallel with this complaint. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated. You can see screenshots and documentation above in this thread for more context, and I’m happy to provide anything else needed.
Thank you again, I truly appreciate any help.
