SuperBoss Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed.

I have an issue with Superboss Casino. They are not approving my withdrawal despite the fact that I have deposited using both a card and cryptocurrency. I am being asked to wait for a verification process which takes 21 days, even though they claim that withdrawals in cryptocurrency are processed within 30 minutes.

Hello, the verification process runs from September 27, 2024.

All documents have been verified since then, including my phone number, I deposited with crypto twi, as before I was told that I had to deposit with crypto to be able to withdraw in crypto.

I have deposited separately through my card, which is fully verified by them, but since 27.09.2024 my withdrawals have been in pending mode, I am beginning to doubt whether this is not a fraud and whether they will ever pay me the money

I last spoke to the sport who told me that my account has been sent for further verification which can take up to 21 days, this has never happened to me in any other casino.
